Bellefleur Farm

     So, I go to TSC on Saturday to get fencing supplies and wouldn't you know it right next to the fencing supplies are the baby peeps for sale. Of course, the peeps kept saying, "Peep peep, take us home,peep peep. Now, Cory and I had been talking about getting chickens for awhile but kept putting it off because cleaning his clutter out of the chicken house was just too daunting a task.  I get what I needed to get and kept thinking "No peeps. Cory will kill me". Almost ready to check out and then I say "I'd also like to buy some peeps."  I mean he can't kill me, who would feed him. Right?

     I bring home my babys. Show them to Cory. And he goes "What did you do now?" As I open the box.  Then he says, pointing to the one with the lightest colored head, "That one's name is Henrietta."  Men! Go figure!

     So, now I've had my chickens for 6 days and for 6 six days I have been sneezing.  I just remembered I am allergic to chickens!!!  Thank God, they are soooo cute AND living outside now!
